The anesthesia is provided by board certified anesthesiologist. Dr. T. Y. Steven Ip is double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. The quality of the surgery is mainly dependent on the experience and techniques performed by your plastic surgeon.
